Shipping 

Do you offer free shipping?


We do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders over $45. Please visit our shipping policy for all the details. 


Do you ship internationally?


We currently ship to Canada and plan to ship to other countries very soon! International shipping rates are calculated at check-out depending on the weight of the package. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees. Please note that Glow Hour does not have any prior knowledge or control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Estimated shipping times will be stated upon check-out depending on the chosen carrier. Please allow 1-2 days for us to process and ship out orders.

Local Delivery 

How do I place a local delivery order? 


1. At checkout, choose the ‘local delivery’ option

2. Enter your zip code to see if we deliver to your area

3. Choose a date and 2 hour time-slot to receive your order, proceed to checkout

4. Enter your delivery address under ‘shipping address

5. Choose the ‘local delivery’ option for your shipping method

6. Include your phone number and delivery instructions (optional)

7. Submit your payment information and complete your order! 


Can I reschedule my delivery time? 


If it’s before your 2-hour delivery window and you would like to reschedule your delivery date or time please email us at hello@glowhour.com with your order details as soon as possible.


I have an issue with the order that I received.

How much is local delivery? 


The minimum order for local delivery is $35*.

The delivery fee for orders between $35* and $65 is $6.99.

Orders over $65* get delivered for free!

Do I have to be home to receive my order? 


To ensure safe delivery of your order, we require someone from your household to be home at the time of delivery. 


Do you deliver to my area? 


We currently offer local delivery to the Los Angeles area, but plan to expand soon!

Do you accept returns on local delivery orders?


We accept returns within 21 days from the date you receive your order. All returned products must be unopened and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sheet masks or any single-use products.


To initiate a return, please start by emailing us at hello@glowhour.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return and await further instructions. We typically respond to inquiries within 1 business day. Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the customer and original delivery fees are non-refundable. 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. 


Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 days of the processing date (but usually sooner than that!).

We do not accept exchanges at this time.


When will I receive my local delivery order? 


We offer multiple 2 hour delivery time-slots per day, make sure to order before 2 PM to qualify for same day delivery! 


Can I cancel my local delivery order? 


If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@glowhour.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help.


Is there a minimum order amount for local delivery? 


The minimum purchase amount to receive local delivery is $35*. Orders over $65* receive free delivery!

Does my local delivery order come with free samples? 


Yes! We offer free samples with every order. 


Do you offer same day delivery? 


We do! Make sure to order before 2 PM to qualify for same day delivery! 


Can I leave instructions for my delivery? 


Yes, we encourage any helpful instructions to be included in the ‘shipping method’ portion of the checkout process. 


How will my local delivery order arrive? 


All local delivery orders will arrive in our classic purple Glow Hour bag. Perfect for sending gifts!

Can I change or cancel my order? 


If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@glowhour.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help. Once your order has been processed and shipped we are unfortunately unable to make anymore changes. 


Are all of your products authentic? 


Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic! Our products are either sourced from the brand directly or from their official, authorized distributors.


When will I receive my order?

Do you provide samples? 


Yes! We include free samples with every order.

How do I know the expiration date of the products? 


In most cases you will see two dates marked on the product.

까지 = Open by date

Please note the following: 

  • Unopened skincare products have a shelf life of about 2-3 years, once the product is opened they are usually good for up to a year. 
  • Natural and/or organic products have a shorter shelf life 

My product was damaged during transit, what do I do?

Can I track my order?


Certainly! Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Please contact us at hello@glowhour.com if you need further assistance.



Afterpay

What is Afterpay? 


Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.


How do I use Afterpay?

Just shop on glowhour.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method, You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you've used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order - it's that easy! 


What can I use Afterpay for?


Afterpay can be used to pay for all products, the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.


When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?


Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames like any order from glowhour.com. Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $45. 


How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?


Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. See our return policy here. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from glowhour.com to Afterpay, and then to you. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? Go to help.afterpay.com.


Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international customer?


Afterpay is only available to customers with a U.S. billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.
